Terms & Conditions
No smoking or vaping of any substance is permitted on the property.
The renter agrees to take full responsibility and is liable for themselves, and their guests while on the premises.
Please do not enter the other private offices.
The Collective Community Suites is not responsible for any injuries.
The renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of rental items within 3 days if required.
We are not responsible for any acts out of our control should the session not be able to take place due to any unforeseeable events such as power outages, construction, or weather emergencies.
